If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. We were fully prepared to put our 4 year old tabby cat down tonight as we couldn't afford an 11,000 surgery from another practice to fix an intestinal blockage. Dr. Jensen was able to work with us and offer us a lower price and ended up saving our cat's life today. If it wasn't for Dr. Jensen, our night tonight would have been filled with miserable mourning, but instead, I get to be with my healed cat while he sleeps and purrs comfortably in my arms. We’re thankful for our experience at LASH. We had to bring our dog in for an emergency visit when our regular vet couldn’t see us. Dr. Jensen and the staff were kind, attentive, and understanding. Dr. Jensen helpfully explained everything to us and walked us through the treatment plan. Thank you for helping us!
Definitely recommend this hospital if you cant get into your regular vet and need quicker attention.
Dr. Pauls, the technician and the receptionist the front desk were all so amazing to work and obviously cared for my cats comfort the second I walked in. They took their time to really make sure I understood everything and set me up with a safe plan for my cat to recover. I really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure my cat and I felt safe and comfortable with the entire process.
Major green flag the vet sat on the floor right away and clearly owns her own cats. This is a great hospital for kitty care.
