Shane is a wonderful human, deeply calm and helpful. I appreciated his authentic affect and genuine helpfulness, as his own unique self - as opposed to the forced niceties of some businesses nowdays. I got real, high quality help with a new car key (and back up plain metal one for entry). My daughter loved our quick visit there and felt right at home. Excellent guy!
Shane went above and beyond to get me out of a bind. I needed to get a key made for my truck for a camping trip the following day. The key blanks that I bought online turned out to be defective. Shane was able to find a solution that worked on my truck. I really appreciated his persistence, since we tried a few different things before finding something that worked. I highly recommend him for all your locksmith needs.
I would love to recommend Shane as a very dedicated locksmith. He went above and beyond to try to help me with the key for my Toyota 4 runner. He made two new keys and as much as we wanted them to work the one works only to unlock the doors. It isn't for Shane's lack of expertise. It is because I broke my only key in the worst part possible. He didn't even want to charge me. But I insisted on giving him something for his time. I thank Shane very much for his efforts. And say he is a very honest, trustworthy, willing to work with you kind of man. In today's world is rare to find!
