Super helpful service. We arrived with a water damaged laptop and an old super slow one. Paul was honest about what the damaged one would take and didn't try to upsell us on expensive repairs. And then Paul made excellent recommendations to get the old super slow laptop working great again. Highly recommend!

My desktop is several years old and I use PhotoShop and other fairly intensive programs. I took my computer in to Paul to get an analysis of what I might want to upgrade. Paul did an analysis and came to the conclusion that my computer was still in very good shape. He recommended I come back in a couple years for another look. He did NOT try to upsell me on anything, and he ran a few scans to make sure my programs, registries etc were up to date and that no malware was present.

For some mysterious reason, Google Chrome crashed on my laptop yesterday, and nothing I tried fixed it. It wouldn't even uninstall! It was like a tick in my system, not letting go! I looked online and found Longmont Computer, read the reviews, and called. Paul, the owner spent time with me until he had to leave, working with his remote program to see my laptop and work with it. He'd never seen a program hang on like this before, and neither had I. So, we called it a night, and today resumed. He researched this morning and found something else to try, and it worked. Hurray!
