We LOVE Dr. Ross and her staff. My 8-year-old needed braces, and Dr. Ross sat down with us and basically explained everything to our child, making her feel special and part of her treatment plan, instead of talking directly to the parents. I love her approach! So many providers basically just ignore the kid and speak to the parents. While my daughter doesn't 'love' having braces, she definitely wasn't scared about getting them after talking to Dr. Ross. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Ross and Longmont Braces to everyone who asks.

Dr. Ross has been very personable and thorough throughout and beyond my time as a patient at Longmont Braces. I experienced issues with my bottom bonded retainer coming entirely off about a year and 1/2 after it was placed. I had called the office to see what could be done and was initially told I'd have to pay at least $100 just to be seen and any work done will be additional. I received a follow up voicemail several hours later informing me that Dr. Ross would see me at no charge. She managed to get me in same day and removed the excess glue that was leftover and replaced the bonded retainer 100% at no charge.
