I can’t rave enough about our experience working with Christy and Bryan. We were one of the first to take advantage of Denver’s new ADU permissions in the Barnum West neighborhood (building on the back of an existing lot with a 3-BR main house), and we were impressed with their high-quality work in progress in mid-December 2024. We began work together in January, and worked with an excellent architect and designer. Since we live a 6-hour drive away from Denver, our meetings were all virtual.
