Kiosk doesn't tell you it's going to mail your key in 3-5 business days until after you pay, pretty scummy. Also EXTREMELY expensive considering the inconvenience.
It's been six days and my key still hasn't even shipped. Is this a scam?
I did the buy two get one free option with the “extra smoothing option” to get off rough edges for an additional charge. None of the keys worked so I was out $20. It seemed like too much effort to try to make things right so I did not. I went to Ace Hardware and got more keys made, which worked perfectly. I’d hesitate to use this particular kiosk at 995 S Hover St in Longmont CO again.
