Clayton got my broken wheel back on and did an excellent job getting my bmw on the tow truck safely. Making sure not to scrape and taking extra percussions and measurements to ensure the safest and best way to do the job possible. Friendly, great guy, into cars, lots of experience, and very helpful. Wheel was in really bad shape but thanks to Clayton it got on smoothly.
Clayton and Hamilton Towing have restored my faith in humanity! If I could give Clayton and Hamilton Towing 100 stars I would! My car broke down at the Buc-ee's in Berthoud. I called roadside service and they could not find a tow truck in the near vicinity. I live in Denver and would need the car towed there. They finally found an amazing person named Clayton in the Boulder/Longmont area who was kind of enough to come help me on a Saturday. Clayton showed up like an angel. He was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. He checked the alternator, starter and battery before towing me and determined it was the battery that was giving me problems. I usually get Hamilton when I request a tow through AAA, and as always they never disappoint. Manny was amazing. My car was in a thought spot at the lot it was parked at and he was able to get in there and load my car on the flatbed. I was having it brought back to my apartment complex where it is a tight spot, especially for a flatbed, to unload a car into a spot, and he was able to set it perfectly in a spot. It was such a tight spot he thought he may scrape the muffler a bit and forewarned me, but was able maneuver the bed away perfectly. He was super nice and courteous the entire time also.
