Wanted to thank Manuel aka Manny. He loaded my car up quickly and gave me a ride to your Longmont location, since it was closer to my home. He was great to talk to and made me feel better about my accident, which is a stressful time. He definitely helped put things into perspective while we drove. You guys have a good man in Manny!

Our tow was arranged by our fleet company and Matt was so fast that I was still talking to his office when he arrived to the vehicle. The initial estimate for the tow was 60-90 minutes and he was there and had it to the shop in about 30. Awesome job!

My car broke down in my driveway and through my insurance company I was referred to Hamilton Towing. It happened to be a day when things don't always go as smoothly as desired, but the Hamilton team was very communicative and let me know when they had a delay and when they would be able to pick my car up.
