We searched for a house for 1yr and 9m, every bid we submitted was done within hours by Maxine at Guardian, some early in the morning others late at night. We searched and searched she was so responsive and amazing, her team was responsive once under contract, and we went from contract to close in 21 days. Thanks for our new home.
