After my negative experience @ the North Hover location, I jaunted down the street to this location, which provided me the five star service that I’m a custom to receiving at Great Clips. I also had a great opportunity to meet Gwen, the owner of both locations. She was definitely hands-on and appreciated my feedback. And I appreciated her time expressing the experience I had.
On Saturday 2/14 the gals (Amanda, Gloria & others - sorry, I forgot your names) at this location took care of an Ann, a senior in the Longmont community. Ann needed assistance with several things and they went above and beyond to get her taken care of. I explained the situation/need over the phone to them and they gave her a really beautiful wash, cut, and curl. They pointed her in the right direction to get lunch and then helped her with her LYFT app back to the senior facility. My mom wanted to get a haircut and I said yes before thinking about the fact that my hair was a tangled mess. My stylist was super understanding and patient, and then gave me an excellent haircut.
Mom‘s stylist also did an excellent job with her hair.
