I think I've been here four times for pedicures (including my first ever!) and it's consistently pleasant. the skill level of the technicians varies, but it's never felt less than proficient. It's easy for me to relax here. I like the hour of attention, the massage chair that always works and the fact that the television always plays cooking shows. The price seems fair for the services offered, and I do feel cared for.
I've gone to this place several times. The environment is lovely. Quiet and mostly friendly ladies. The first time my nails were done wonderfully and the technician was very friendly and accommodating. Each time there after I felt more and more like I was a nuisance whenever I would ask for anything. But I dealt with that because the work was good. But what really bothered me is when I paid for my husband to get a mani/pedi for Christmas. I went with him and also got the same. While he was getting the manicure I asked the technician to please buff his nails since he wasn't getting polish. She responded with "I did." However, she did not. I had a really nice experience yesterday. Technician was friendly and efficient. I am pleased with how my nails turned out. A lot of times when I get my nails done they miss getting polish on the sides of my nails but my tech did a great job. Will be back!
