Trista is the BEST! She really takes the time to listen to what is bothering you and is always willing to shift your session into what you are needing. Her custom sessions are TRULY custom sessions. She is so knowledgeable and will let you know of stretches and things you can do to maintain until your next session. On top of amazing work, knowledge and attention to detail, her space is so comfy and is easy to relax into. By far the best massage experience I have ever had and highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!
Trista provides an effective, restorative massage. Great pressure control works out muscle knots and relaxes and smooths tired muscles. Very pleasant and comfortable setting. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.
