He did a thorough evaluation of my new home, checking the sump pump, water heater, pipes, toilets, and test my water quality. He identified that my water had extremely high levels of chlorine. Stellar service. Zach and Travis were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative, so I learned a lot about how to maintain my now-working AC system in a new home. They identified the problem quickly, and even braved a hidden wasp nest to get to work. (Above and beyond!). I was worried about the final cost on top of the initial diagnostic fee, however the end price was extremely reasonable.

The guys who came to my house to do the repair were great. They were able to diagnose an issue and worked with Carrier to get it covered under warranty. I have had lots of issues with my furnace, I wish I would have started with them!
