Canine Athletics Training Center (CATC) is a fantastic facility for dog training, offering a clean and spacious environment for various classes, including agility. The center features challenging and engaging agility courses, designed with safety in mind, allowing dogs to be crated between runs. The team at CATC, including instructors like Kirsten and Jae, is known for their excellent coaching, patience, and ability to tailor training to meet the individual needs of each dog. Clients have praised the responsive owner and the thoughtful layout of the center. Private training sessions and introductory agility classes have received high marks for their effectiveness and enjoyable experience, with dogs having a great time while learning. Renting the agility space for practice and playdates has also been a hit among dog owners. Overall, CATC is recognized as a great place for dogs and their handlers to learn and grow together.
CATC is a wonderful facility boasting excellent trainers/coaches and a great community atmosphere. The staff are accomplished in the sports they teach, of course, but they’re also top-notch teachers and attuned to the needs of canine and human students alike!
My dog started out in Scentwork with Andrea and Rally with Jae, and I was struck by how both instructors accommodated his need for space from other dogs while still keeping us fully included in the class. In private agility coaching, head trainer Kirsten was dynamic and helped integrate new exercises into the foundations I’ve been training on my own with an online program. So refreshing to be met where we’re at rather than asked to start over from square one!
My next performance puppy will definitely be getting their start at CATC. Highly recommend!
Beautiful and expertly built training center for agility, seminars, classes, trials and more. My dogs and I love renting the space to practice agility and it's always easy to schedule time or sign up for various events,. Grateful to CATC for providing a space to support the local dog community. 10/10
Amazing place to train for agility! Love the friendly and knowledgeable training I get on a weekly basis with Kirsten
