My wife and I have had some amazing dining experiences across the US and other countries and this was one of our favorites! You have to experience it to know, but everything about the experience was unique and special. We can't wait to go back!
this is a very unique venue that is presented in the rural area near Longmont Colorado. The staff all has an obvious emotional and intellectual buy in That makes it feel like you're one of the family and more than a welcome guest, but someone who belongs for the short time that you're there. We were educated on all the foods we were given with a great personal explanation from folks who truly knew what they were talking about and enjoyed sharing their products. Parking is good in abundant. I would probably feel a little bit better about better lighting in some areas, but no areas were what I would call distinctively unsafe
Our magical night at Black Cat was worth every penny. The ambiance cannot be beat—sitting in our own cozy glass cabana complete with wood-burning stove. We were treated like family with shared information about the food, how it was sourced and prepared. About that food...FABULOUS!
