Many visitors appreciate the free vacuums, dog wash options, and the choice between hand washing and automatic washing. While some customers have noted that one automatic bay may be out of service occasionally, the staff is friendly and responsive. Some also mention that the entrance and concrete could be improved, and that the pricing is higher than other local car washes. Despite these minor issues, the unique brushless option and convenient membership make this location a popular choice for car washing in Longmont.
The only issue I see more often is they close down bay to reduce the number of cars washed per day when they anticipate more cars due to a rain the previous day or a snow day in the week. This in my opinion is cheating.
Edit (10/20/24): I noticed they haven't done this the whole summer. I will watch this winter and then update this review as I hope they keep both bays open and not close one down when there are more cars after a winter storm.
Do you wanna lose customers? Cus that's how you lose customers. The new "self service" kiosk is a joke. I have to install an app to pay with cash? I have to put in all of my personal info to wash my car?? I have to spend in $5 increments? Unfortunately this will be the last time I use Autowash. I used to come here weekly because they had change machines and accepted cash. Neither of those are an option now. Plus the pressure is so weak now. Adios, Autowash.
**This is my first visit to the Longmont location, but they all deserve the same positive review. **This has been my go-to car wash. Free vacuums, dog washed and the option to either hand wash or use the automatic wash is what sealed the deal. There is the occasional down wash bay, but it happens. They are usually back up and working super quick. The employees that I've had the chance to chat with, are all friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys!!!
