Only problems I have had were on two occasions the alternations I had requested were not done and I had to take the clothes back in. The second go round they were done as requested. Since I am retired I am wearing clothes the can be washed and don't need special treatment.Service: Alterations

Dropped off my husband's work clothes with a bag we purchased from our usual cleaners. Picked up the clothes and they couldn't find the bag. The guy gave me one of theirs that's significantly smaller and has their name on it, while the bag we had was plain white no logo. On top of that it seemed too expensive and the clothes weren't starched like I'd asked them to be. Won't be going back even though I'm stuck with the ugly green bad now with their name all over it.
