My friend took me for a chair massage yesterday and I have to say, what an experience! Now, you have to know, I have the tightest back and neck muscles, well, ever. Serving, coffee barista, decades of service work and stress have left me with chronic tension. The therapist’s technique was highly professional—the pressure was just right, and they skillfully pinpointed my sore spots to slowly release the tension.
