After my boyfriend convinced me to go and get checked out over a persistent mild fever (paired with a pre-existing immunocompromising health concern), I was beyond impressed with the care that the team at Kaiser's urgent care took. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes before being seen and after a quick check over I was given a room. They were quick to run tests which did take a few hours but expected and they were so kind to coordinate everything with the team at Skye Ridge to get me admitted seamlessly to the hospital for what ended up being a 4 day stay. Only sorry I didn't go in sooner.
This review is for the Kaiser Lonetree urgent care and particularly Becky S, RN that works there. I received attentive and empathetic care by her. You can tell she goes above and beyond and is knowledgeable and I can trust her with me or my families care. I unfortunately can not say the same about all Kaiser providers when it comes to trust, and if/when I need urgent care I will go to Lonetree UC with hopes Becky would be my nurse again!
Shout out to everyone working here! All nice and attentive people. I have been to this urgent care numerous times and they always helped me. This time they diagnosed me with severe tooth and bone infection after having a contrast CT on site within an hour, started treatment and provided a list of referrals. Thank you!
