My appointment at UC HEALTH RADIOLOGY in LONE TREE for an MRI was scheduled for 5:40 pm on a Saturday. I thought this was a regular strange time or such an appointment, but it turned out to be wonderful due to how quiet it was. Virtually no one in the parking lot, and I only saw two other patients. My technician was Camille (Cam) and she was personable and efficient. I truly cannot think how my experience could have been better. The woman who checked me in was also kind. I did not care for having to pay $260 over my insurance, but that’s not their fault.

Their lab office staff is rude and did not let my mom use their restroom for a stool sample. They cant check A1C either. Not going here again!

Everyone that does my labs is so kind and I am hard to get blood but they do the techs in labs truly care about their patients

I’ve had Epilepsy for 35 years, I have no expectation for a cure. However, when I tell my doctor I’m having new more dangerous seizures I expect something more than just up of current meds. Then of course I break my jaw, I call them and they ask if I’ve taken my rescue meds - well NO because my new more dangerous seizures don’t give me time for that - hello LISTENING. Then I can’t get in to see doctor for 6 months. So they send me over to PA who says take my rescue meds. OMG! Then they call and want to cancel my appt. and reschedule for 6 more months. A year after I broke my jaw. Seriously yelled at the lady on phone, asking her if he even comes into work? 1 year to see current patients and UC health says you are taking in new patients. I look forward to my next actual doctor appointment, in 5-10 years.

I turned 40 about a month ago and had my first mammogram today. Maureen was aware this was my first mammo and was amazing! She explained the whole process in plain English, and even reassured me multiple times about call backs not always being something bad so to not freak out. She was kind, gentle and very patient! I felt very at ease and way less nervous because of her demeanor and experience.

After a long day of frustrating phone calls and unhelpful responses, Beverly W was an absolute breath of fresh air. She greeted us with warmth, energy, and a great sense of humor that immediately lifted our spirits. Beverly was not only kind—she was quick, effective, and incredibly thorough. She helped my mother with an insurance authorization request, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure we felt heard and understood. She left no questions unanswered and made us feel completely validated. People like Beverly are rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the way she treats patients. She made all the difference that day!

Few months ago, UC Health system started charging the hospital facility fee even for my annual physical visit! I have to pay more than $130 as copay beyond insurance! In the past >30 years, I never needed to pay for annual physical! So disappointed.

This is about the colorectal/gynecology. Such a bad apt. I’ve never had an apt that a doctor made me cry in till this one. I felt like they didn’t listen and didn’t understand.
The exception is Yolanda Hinton. She is awesome and caring. If I could review just her it would be a 5/5. She is the only reason this place isn’t 1/5.
The rest was just so rough that when I got a message telling me to schedule a follow up I started crying, I couldn’t imagine going back.
