Great experience! Jamie Ward rocks! My husband & I were here for the summer & we were grateful to find the loft our first week in town. Super easy scheduling & Jamie was tuned in to out level of strength & flexibility. Highly recommend!

I have been going to The Pilates Loft for over 2 years and I am obsessed with this studio! Jamie is amazing, the studio feels like you are taking private sessions, there is a variety of reformer machines (chair, cadillac, reformer) and Jamie is very attentive to the different needs and skill sets of all of us attending classes.
