    I started training with Stef after I had my first child. I had terrible SI joint pain during my pregnancy and was determined to find and address the root cause through training. Stef helped me recover from my first pregnancy/birth, rebuild my strength, and trained me throughout my second pregnancy. I worked out with Stef up through my ninth month and felt stronger than ever. Stef then helped me rebuild my strength after a c-section. She is so knowledgable about women's health and is always able to adapt my training to what I need in the moment.     I highly recommend Vitality Training Studio for your personal training needs. I have been working with Jacob for almost a year. He is so creative when coming up with exercises that it never gets boring. His workouts are always challenging, but fun. I couldn't be happier with my results over the last year.

    There is nothing quite like a personal trainer to help maximize and sustain physical and mental fitness.

    I spent several years working out on machines with a nationally known chain who had small fitness studios. Without machines that fit my size (smaller than average), or trainers who could focus on my form, I managed to injure my shoulder and my knee.
