Usually have good experiences with this ulta and have been shopping here for years but was extremely disappointed purchasing my items this afternoon. I was very nice and positive towards the lady checking me but she had the absolute worst attitude which really hurt my feelings. I also wanted to claim my birthday reward today and asked if there’s rewards on my account but did not receive my gift, and do not want to come back and deal with her sad and negative energy just to get the gift. Other than that the sweet hair stylist with the hot pink highlights is so kind and amazing every single time. :)
