The particular cashier didn't hound me or lie about the return policy to get my phone number and create an account (as seems standard practice at Ulta), but the other cashier did do it to other customers... So my decent experience checking out likely has more to do with the individual employee than the store. Otherwise, it was the same crappy time shopping as I've come to expect.

Spoke with a nice lady who advised me to go to a pharmacy instead. I like knowing I can trust who I'm talking to about my cosmetics. If you don't have petrolatum in your stores you should consider adding it to your inventory. It's all I needed.

Tori was wonderful! She helped shade match me as well as pick up a new shade of blush. She was lovely to talk to and clearly passionate about her job. The staff here is very kind and attentive.
