Hi my name is Kelly M. I work at synergy and have been for a few months and I can say hands down that everyone in the office are so helpful caring and thoughtful not only for their employees such as me but to the clients . Of all my years working in home care this has got to be the best company ever . One thing I find great about them is they check in on their clients every week by going to their home and checking in etc and something about that just shows how much they truly care about their client and I love that . I love this job! I love my clients! I just love being a caregiver! This job has made me realize what I want to do for a career and I plan on going to take some classes and get my Cna certification. Being a caregiver brings me joy and gives me life. I just love to help people.
