Rick came out as my 2nd opinion for my central air that wasn’t working and absolutely blew away the other company. He found the AC leak quickly where the other company couldn’t find it, shared tons of good details, and is an all around great, honest guy. Ask for Rick and you will be impressed!
The tall plumber and his son did a great job for us in replacing a lot of old galvanized supply plumbing that had been creating pinhole leaks in the upstream copper lines, while adding a PRV and new shutoff. There were several hiccups and strategy adjustments in our very old house, but they dealt with them cheerfully and stayed really late into the night so we could have our water back on same day. Pricey but professional!
Summit sent out their plumber and his apprentice to inspect some copper pipes in my crawlspace, as well as a possible leak in my backflow preventer. He was able to walk me through my entire plumbing system and determined that everything was in good working order. He gave me valuable information to check for any possible leaks in the future and educated me on how certain issues arise and how to best avoid them. On top of that, he was a pleasure to talk to. Im happy to say I've found my new plumber! I will definitely go with Summit for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs. Thanks again, guys!
