My friend and I participated in a hot yoga session taught by Heather. Heather made me feel so welcome the second I walked through the door. The session was enlightening in all aspects: my mind, body and even spirit. Heather was attentive, graceful and her teaching helped me improve my practice and attain what I needed from the flow that day. I am definitely going to continue to practice and learn from the instructors here at Sumits Yoga! Thank you.
