I am so impressed with Rox Paws! After trying for months to get a response from other orthopedic animal surgeons, Jenny was really responsive and got me scheduled quickly. Everyone in the office was kind, and my experience with Dr Devine was top notch. He was so warm, transparent and helpful! Even though my pug's issues are not orthopedic, he took time to reassure me and offer advice for our next steps. I wish we were closer to Roxburough, I'd absolutely make Rox Paws our regular vet! All the stars for this wonderful team!

Edit** I definitely going to re-rate My review because the owner Dr Van, who I've dealt with in roxborough since they opened, before we move States. But Dr Van has seen all of my animals and is wonderful! I absolutely trust Dr Van as a vet! Also as a business owner. I appreciated her reaching out to me after my concerns with my review here. Which is all I can ask for. I appreciate her time and making sure the situation is going to be right somehow, with also hearing all of my concerns about the visit I had. And in great news, kitten has survived and that's all that matters!
I came in there with a kitten that I had just got from a pretty sticky situation, and the person I got her from stated that she had two littermates die. The person I got the kitten from did do an autopsy and called me while I was actually at this vet's office with this kitten and told me what the kitten had died from, which was parvo and the vet tech asked me which kind, So I called the person I got the kitten from on the phone with the vet tech in the room and stated that it was the one that started with an L. She had to ask the person while they were on speaker phone which one, and gotten answer. And somehow I'm getting a message the next day after being charged $137 stating that she was never checked for what we came in there for! And then the vet tech had the gall to get on the phone and was being defensive instead of apologizing for their clear mistake, even after I reiterated on the phone how the whole thing went down in that office a day prior. Clearly people aren't paying attention here!

This place cares, no question about it. Tish and Dr.Van are amazing!!! I've been going there for 5 years now. Legit Veterinary Location in Roxborough. Blessed to have them around for my furry family!

We bring our 2 kittens and 1 dog to RoxPaw. The vets and staff are very friendly and thorough. Our kittens love the cat exam room and climbing on the cat tree. RoxPaw has very reasonable prices for their services.

Facility looked hygenic and had a welcoming aura. Angela (receptionist) is amazing and very sweet, but when it came to the tech (Tisha) and Vet (Rieck) I felt very judged and they kept on talking to me in a belittling way. I didn't know my dogs condition was serious, and both of them talked to me in a very judgmental tone, tech even questioned me if I ever had this type of dog breed before while giving me a disapproval face. I took my dog in because I saw he wasn't getting better and I needed help for him, honestly after this experience I don't want to come back, but Angela and Tatum treated me great and I'm willing to give other employees a try. If not I'm grateful they were able to treat my dog but would be looking for another clinic that is willing to help me and guide me instead of just judging me and making me feel dumb.
