Originally the tech performed a preventative maintenance on our AC, furnace and mini split. While performing these the tech found a potential issue with our water heater and went above and beyond to investigate the problem.
After the service, the AC system would not work. ROX sent a tech out the next day to investigate and it was determined the original unit had malfunctioned. ROX replaced the AC unit the same week. Great service and great techs.
I have a bi-annual checkup scheduled with Rox heating and air. Excellent service by locally owned company who installed my system 4-5 years ago.
This last visit was preformed by Aaron. Called to asked if he could arrive early, was quick, clean, and professional. This has been my experience every time with Rox.
We love Rox Heating & Air! Garrison has helped us out many times and is fantastic! He even traced a leak for us that was not even HVAC related by crawling into the depths of our nasty crawl space. He goes above and beyond. ???
