Salesman great however communication after initial contract was lacking. That was a problem. Thus the 4 stars and not 5. But the materials, contractors and workmanship were great. Very comfortable with them in the home. I do not think the cost was the least expensive nor the most expensive. That fit us fine allowing for the overall market.
Lynda Hollands of Renew Home Innovations was great at our consultation to have a full bathroom remodel. She was punctual, reliable, and clear about all of the information. I feel that she went above and beyond learning what our needs were, and provided us clear information and options. Everything was great. I highly recommend her. Charming and professional.
Our initial visit with the representative of ReNew Home Innovations was expedient and thorough. All of our questions were answered and we were confident in our decision to go with them for our bathroom remodel. This is our second time to have a bathroom remodeled with them of tub to shower. We are extremely pleased with their salespersons, products, installers and, of course, the end product of ReNew.
