As a younger homeowner, we had never been through an insurance claim. From the first phone call we made to National Home Improvement (NHI) I received full disclosure and knowledgeable answers to the entire process. There was not a single sales pitch just transparent answers to anything we wanted to know. After researching and talking to multiple contractors, we landed right back at NHI because we could feel the professionalism and honesty. Outside of our roofing claim, we also had all our windows replaced and new steel siding installed by NHI. The attention to detail was phenomenal. The hand off between contractor for the quote and to the installation teams was seamless and they knew everything we had agreed to and discussed. So often contractors swoop in give a quote, have a team show up do a job and are gone before you even know what happened. At any given questionable point in the project, we were called to be a part of the decision of options to ensure we walked away satisfied. By far the best contractors we have ever worked with. Thank you NHI team for loving our house as much as we do.

Reviews
NHI recently replaced two small windows in my condominium. It was a small job but they treated me like it was very important to them. They were polite and friendly from start to finish. Their staff did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I would 100% recommend this company and I will use them again, without hesitation, should the conditions arise.
Wow! I cannot recommend National Home Improvement enough. We had a roof replacement for a home purchase and needed to have the specific dates and deadlines met for the closing and they not only met the dates but stayed in full communication as the work was completed. Great work and communication. 5 STARs! Thanks Shannon D
