Quality West Heating & Cooling recently installed for us the Fujitsu Airstage heat pump. We wanted to cool our old home (we previously had only one small window air conditioner in our living room) and also switch from our furnace heating. We did a lot of research on environmental impact. We had three bids and went with Rob, Quality West Heating & Cooling. Rob was straight forward in his presentation. The installers were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, and most of all respectful of our home. They always wore booties over their shoes, they cleaned up each day, even vacuumed the carpet on our stairs! Incredible service. Had an issue with my A/C and Quality West was able to get a service person out quickly. Ben was thorough and happy to explain what he was doing while he tested and checked the unit. I know little about HVAC systems, but he gave me lots of great info and advice while fixing and servicing the unit. Friendly, fast, effective, and affordable.

Rob and his team are absolutely amazing. Not only are they great at what they do but they are just good people. Everyone is professional and kind. The Fujitsu heat pump install was clean and looks great!
