Linda Fields is awesome! Very attentive to my issues and health. Her communication is fast, productive and professional. Everyone is so friendly and really makes you feel at home. Appointment are easily made. Lab on site is really great. Thanks Linda! I highly recommend this facility for getting things done.

I love Reed, but have consistently had trouble with communications. I have to call for prescription refills 10 days to two weeks in advance. When it does not reach my pharmacy and i call them. It takes a week to get to the pharmacy. Their turnover is insane, which leads one to believe there are serious leadership issues. That's awful. They no longer take my Aetna insurance and am having trouble finding another doctor. I would NOT recommend.

Seen right away by my new assistant, Kadan, who checked my vitals. Dr. Bays was thorough as usual and understanding. I hope everyone is assigned such wonderful professionals and is as pleased as I am.
