One of the best pain clinics I've been to. Dr. May is always straightforward and to the point and does what she can to help her patients. The scheduling department is always extremely helpful when things come up to ensure I'm still able to get timely care.
The team at Mountain View Pain Center are first and foremost caring and compassionate. They are professional and very knowledgable in their field of expertise. It is eveident that the employees enjoy their job which translates in my ultimate care. Their office/treatment area is open and light, the equipment is kept clean between uses. They welcome questions you might have on several related areas. They are well informed and continually take classes to keep abreast of field advances. I have been very blessed by being treated by their talented abilities and I'm glad they are there for me.
Pros- great providers…Ben, Nate, Jayden and everyone do their best with my dumb back. Love Lisa and the always appropriately dressed *ahem* women (not “girls”) at the desk who make sure I get in consistently.
Cons- corporate bs. Not the fault of this office I’m imagining. Can’t call the actual location. Have to go thru a remote call center. (Annoying) Some miscommunication with imaging referrals. Not a biggie. Double booking the providers- this sucks. Please don’t do this. It feels overwhelming for them and me.
