Awesome group of people work at Lapels! Owner sets high expectations and his dedicated employees deliver! Great job on all services. They provide free pickup and delivery which is wonderful for me; but I don't hesitate to run that last minute shirt, dress or coat in if I need something that I've forgotten to put in the bag...gives me a chance to see the employees! If you haven't tried them, I suggest you do! You'll be very pleased!

We live half an hour from Lapels, and it is the only dry cleaner that we use. They are friendly, prompt and thorough. We have used their services for years and have always been very happy with them.

Lapels always does a tremendous job. My clothes look almost brand new - even after 20 years! The staff are helpful and friendly. I believe they have a really great reputation and, from my perspective, it's well deserved.
