I had a great, reassuring visit with NP Sheila at the Southwest office. I came in with concerns about elevated blood pressure readings on my home monitor and she spent time with me showing me the difference between her readings and my own on my device. She was able to de-escalate my stress level and offer wonderful reassurance. Thanks, Sheila!
My appointment went very smoothly with nurse, doctor and lab. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and addressed all of my concerns and questions. I would not hesitate to recommend all of them without hesitation.
