Lupe in the blood draw lab is awesome! From the time you walk in for the blood draw, get the procedure, then on your way out, you feel like you've had the best treatment from a very kind person. No ouch!
The Kaiser Southwest Medical Office is easy to park and get checked in. Dr. Mettler and nurse Nancy always answer my questions, treat me with respect and efficiently make my appointments easy to get through. I am grateful Dr. Mettler is my primary care doctor.
Finally after 4 attempts to get lab work, I ran across Lupe and she was fast, efficient. And i'm sure all her patients appreciated that. I know I certainly did and enjoyed her very pleasant demeanor. Kaiser's southwest lab is obviously understaffed.They need to hire more like Lupe.
