I’ve been going to the Barre Fitness classes twice a week for about 8 years and I love it!! It’s a great workout, it's fun, and no dance experience is needed. I’ve gotten so much stronger and have noticed a big difference when doing other physically demanding activities like hiking, biking, backpacking, etc. The instructors genuinely care about your personal growth and are able to provide modifications to make exercises harder or easier as needed. There’s a consistent group of ladies that attend the classes and it's been great getting to know all of them; it's definitely a welcoming community! Come join us :)

My daughter started here as a tiny little 3 year old and she loves it! The teachers have such a light, there’s Christian music in the air, the students all have fun together no matter their age or difference. There is such joy in this place!

Joyful Soles is a special place and you can feel Christ working through everyone here. The instructors here are so kind and passionate and it’s very comforting to know that everyone’s values are rooted in God. To top everything off, the performance at the end of the season was a spectacular production! We are so blessed that our daughters can attend Joyful Soles.
