I’ve been going to the Barre Fitness classes twice a week for about 8 years and I love it!! It’s a great workout, it's fun, and no dance experience is needed. I’ve gotten so much stronger and have noticed a big difference when doing other physically demanding activities like hiking, biking, backpacking, etc. The instructors genuinely care about your personal growth and are able to provide modifications to make exercises harder or easier as needed. There’s a consistent group of ladies that attend the classes and it's been great getting to know all of them; it's definitely a welcoming community! Come join us :)

My daughter started here as a tiny little 3 year old and she loves it! The teachers have such a light, there’s Christian music in the air, the students all have fun together no matter their age or difference. There is such joy in this place!

Joyful Soles is a great place to bring your kids if they are interested in dance. The owner and staff will love your children as their own and they do an amazing job with pricing and availability when it comes to different classes to take. They also have an amazing summer program that they go all out for. You will not find a better place to love on your children as they embrace their desire for dance or just as a past time. There is something for every child here.
