Amazing! End of November came with severe pain in hip, knee, back, sciatica that kept me awake at night and was. endured during day. In 10 days slept all night for first time.The pain remained fairly severe intermittently during the day for about a month. Now not so much.I was walking very bent over due to lower back pain - now upright again.Severe numbness in hips and legs walking or standing. Not as severe as before.In my 89 years I’ve tried many types of treatment but this has given great results. Been taught exercises that are helping to strengthen and maintain.Beyond pleased.
