Been calling all day to get an ETA for my household goods. After sitting on the phone for a fairly long time and then being directed to leave a voicemail I still have not heard back. I was in operations in the trucking business for over 30 years and our company would never have had this poor of a level of communication with our customers and still been in business.

I prefer these movers OVER others because they are very talented and they have exceptional skills! They know how to do a move without damaging your belongings and also give you a stress free move!!
