Worst pick up experience I had ever had. Then I kept calling wondering where my belongings were they would not tell me anything except that they are in the time frame. I ended up getting it a day before the contract latest date acceptable but by then I had to buy new stuff because we had a new baby. The boxes were smashed and torn stuff broken. The man told me I had to give a $100 per person tip so that was an additional $400.. I wouldn't have minded but I was told it's necessary. The only reason I have 2 stars is because the people that dropped it off had come in with no funny business drop it off not trying every way imaginable to charge extra money like... read full review

I have used this company multiple times and every time they have been the best priced and took great care of my belongings. Shout out to Barry for always answering my questions and making the move less stressful

Been calling all day to get an ETA for my household goods. After sitting on the phone for a fairly long time and then being directed to leave a voicemail I still have not heard back. I was in operations in the trucking business for over 30 years and our company would never have had this poor of a level of communication with our customers and still been in business.
