I was highly stressed out due to MS office 365 ending my subscription, my iMac could no longer be updated and I could no longer use my word templates. The project I’m working on is highly complex! I am grateful and lucky to have found Goinsta Repairs who spent an enormous amount of time and communication with me to get both of my computers re set up and working!! Over the course of days I went from feeling extremely abandoned and controlled to having found solutions, as well as a skilled expert who skillfully, simply fixed the problems! What a relief! I can't believe it, but I got scammed and was afraid that all my information on my computer was accessed. The next morning, my son found Goinsta Repairs online. We called immediately and they were able to fix my computer and remove any malicious software or data sharing material that was put on by the scammers. I didn't even have to bring my computer in to the store. I am so grateful to them for their help and will continue to use them for any repairs I need in the future. Thank you to Marcie for all her hard work!
