Kathy Cleaners and Tailor

Kathy altered my daughter's dress for homecoming. She took a special interest in her. She worked with our short time line. It was an involved alteration and it turned out to be a perfect fit. We appreciated the personal touch.

Kathy is so kind and accommodating! I dropped off my daughter's dance costume on Monday for an alteration. She said she could have it ready Friday, which was a lifesaver, since the recital is Saturday. On Tuesday night, I realized I had forgotten about dress rehearsal and my daughter would need her costume Wednesday. I told her I could just take the costume back (and wasn't going to request a refund) but she said she could do the alteration that same day! She asked me when I needed it and immediately agreed to the time. If anyone asks for a recommendation, I will send them Kathy's way. And I will give her my future business!

Kathy is such a good person. Couldn't be any nicer. She did a beautiful hem job for my daughter's Chiffon Prom dress. A very difficult hem job! She has also has done a great job doing alterations on a suit for my daughter as well.
