Very professional. Arrived on time, actually a little early. Walked through the area, provided a plan.
Carpets came out really nice. Areas of concern were actually cleaner than what we anticipated would definitely use them again.
Great job! Dimitri is very efficient. He showed up when he said he would, did a very thorough job and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Very personalized service as work is done by the owner himself and not a franchise where the workers are just have no vested interests in their work. Price is very reasonable! I have used him several times over the last three to four years.
Excel Pro Carpet Cleaning is the way to go. Look nowhere else. One of our dogs recently had a UTI and had multiple accidents on our basement carpet over the span of three weeks. I used a different company the first two times we had the carpet cleaned, and I didn’t realize how bad they were until I went with Excel. The first company was sketchy, forgot our second appointment, overcharged us, and did not do a very good job. The smell still lingered and I don’t believe they even used enzymatic cleaners.
