My first time experience with Zarah was exceptional. It definitely exceeded my expectations. She was very efficient while also Caring immensely on the uniqueness of my dreads and what I was looking for!! Her recommendations were extremely helpful and appreciated by myself while maintaining highest value on have what I was looking for. I was seeking the right products for my hair as well, and really like the moisturizing spray. I did buy some shampoo as I was in need of good recommendation, but there was absolutely no pressure in purchasing any of her products.
Zarah is thorough with the consultation & answered my many questions. The install went very well, & I am very pleased with my beautiful new dreads. Highly recommend her services.
I cannot speak any higher of Zarah as a loctician and as a beautiful soul. Her space is very inviting, comfortable and safe. Her connection with you for the session is felt immediately and you know right away you'll be in good hands. The attention to detail and care she has in her trade is apparent in her work and truthfully my expectations were exceeded above any mark I could have set. My intense happiness with the final product and the process is hard to express in word , but I wouldn't hesitate to say she's the best! I am so glad our paths crossed and look forward to being back for maintenance along my loc journey!
