The best place I had been seen so far, it’s not perfect but it has the basic and necessary elements. The staff has been changing which it makes it okay since some individuals where not meant to be there because of the lack of empathy and grace towards the patients including myself. But so far I finally found the perfect doctor who is kind , smart and very supportive and is willing to listen to my concerns. Also some of the nurses and other staff had been very kind. My health journey has not been easy at all . But I’m so glad doctor Gale , Miss Nhora Suarez , and sometimes Miss Kathy make my day when they interact with me when they do what they need to do. ?? Gracias
This will be the second year. that, the healthcare insurance counselors at Doctors Care have helped me re-qualify for Medicaid. I have a somewhat complex Medicaid requalification process being self employed,and this year I was helped by Nhung(Noom) She was extremely knowledgeable and made the process much less of a headache. I highly recommend these people.
Today, I saw Shelby. She was really great. She was so caring and thorough. I love how the clinic always leaves something inside the door for anyone in need. Since I am a current patient, I was able to get a same day appointment to be seen. For me, this clinic is convenient and affordable. They also gave me a list of referrals for dental and behavioral health care that I asked for.
