The hair cutters are good, but you can't use the app you have to call. It's the 21st century they have an appointment book felt like I was back in the 80s and they have a huge clientele that with the hair cutters is very clickish and you don't feel very welcome being the outsider. They need a lot of work to make this salon work for all.
It was the best experience I've had at a cost cutters! Leana (I think that's how you spell it) listened to what I asked for, offered opinions, and got my hair where I wanted it. As an anxious person, she was very calm, not forcing conversation, gently adjusting when needed, and gave off a get it done but not rushed vibe while getting me in and out in 30ish minutes! Can't wait to go back again! Thank you!
Was fine. My cut was ok. The stylist was nice but seemed really new to cutting hair and seemed nervous. She didn't do a lot of things an experienced stylist would do to make my hair lay better. But for the price I'm satisfied.
