She did the exact length i asked for, and my daughter was in love with her Rumi braid (just a simple cute top braid, but it was the highlight of many days). Loved the focus on washing hands at arrival! Great experience overall.

I always feel like the hairstylists here don’t like kids. They seem very apathetic and unpleasant. The stylist yesterday had me double check and when I asked her to take more off she seemed less than thrilled to help. They also don’t let the kids choose which chair they sit in. I definitely come here for more of a kid friendly experience but they don’t seem to cater to the kids at all and the staff are rude and unpleasant.

Cute (and clean) atmosphere made my 4yo feel comfortable in the chair. Nicole gave the cutest little bob to my daughter that perfectly frames her face. We will definitely be returning.

Clean and very kid friendly. Use the app for points towards $ off. We have 2 kids that need cuts at different times so we are here often.
