If anyone who has used this cleaner comes home with a button down, brown linen shirt - send me a message on Instagram (@carlsss). It has sentimental value to us and we were told it was lost upon pickup - not offered a discount or refund no total services either, which is frustrating.

They shrunk two sweaters to the point that they were unwearable and then told me that dry cleaning does not shrink sweaters.
