David and Meyssi were fantastic to work with! When I struggled with my insurance company after a hail storm, they stepped in and help me during the process to ensure my house was covered. I didn’t have to stress about permits, paperwork, or HOA approvals—they took care of it all. I didn’t even need to be home; I just picked the roof color, and they finished the job lightning-fast. The quality is top-notch, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on the new roof colors. They went above and beyond to deliver the best service and results. Highly recommend!
Asked CRR to check root for damage, David came out, and was honest, roof looked ok, I asked him to give me a bid on gutter replacements, he went out of his way to match the colors, I am very satisfied with the results
I was unfortunately hit with the tornado that came through Highlands Ranch last June and had a lot of damage to my home. As I am a new-ish home owner, I had no experience dealing with my insurance company. David was beyond great and took the time to negotiate payouts for all the work that had to be done to my home (for approximately 35K of approved work, they were only offering me about 15K). David was able to get everything paid for and set to work on my roof and gutters, even getting approval from my HOA.
