Once again Colorado Fence and Deck was phenomenal! I had one side of my backyard fence completely replaced because it was the builder original from 28 years ago! They were prompt with the estimate appointment, and then made approving the estimate so easy. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! They are reasonably priced and straightforward.....no surprises or upsells! They promptly showed up with knowledgeable, hard working, and professional crew and got the job completed in 1 day! We had a great experience with CO Fence and Deck with our long overdue fence replacement. Starting from the estimate with Steven, he was very approachable and genuine. At the end of the day we decided to go with this family owned company because of his transparency. We received the quote very fast and anytime I called with a question or concern I received a prompt response and scheduling date. The gentlemen who installed the fence were also amazing, they worked fast and efficiently. Very pleased with workmanship, value, cost, and quality of our new fence from Colorado Deck and Fence. I am very fortunate that my neighbors were willing to share the cost of shared fence line. We also came up with a unique solution to use our giant cottonwood tree as part of the fence. This allowed us to keep the existing fenceline without intruding into my neighbors property. In addition, CDF called 811 for utility locate. And 2 other companies also marked up our backyard for fiber optic internet.
