I wanted to get gel on my natural nails well…I they messed up on me so bad I wanted to leave. Went in to get my fake nails off and not only did they not know about long acrylic nails (thought it was obvious when they first saw it or the fact that they worked there!?!?) but they freaking hurt and chipped my nails! I literally said ouch so loud I should have just left. The old woman thought I never had acrylic and looked shocked when she hurt me…as if it’s suppose to hurt??? She did such a terrible job and kept hurting me, I was over it. She didn’t even get the entire acrylic off and now I have to be careful to make sure not to accidentally peal my nails off. I’ve been going to a lot of nail salons but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had I had to write about it. Didn’t even get the manicure experience either.

Came in with 45 minutes for a pedicure with gel polish... my technician killed it!! She was efficient with cuticle removal and callous removal. I really appreciated that she was very light handed with the nail buffer when prepping for the gel polish, too! Also, I got milky white and her application was perfect with just 2 coats and any milky white polish lover knows thats no easy task! IFYKYK- Amazing🤩 I wish I had gotten my nail techs name so I could refer her specifically🤦🏻♀️
