Although our carpet isn't installed yet, we wanted to do a review for Tami. She was very professional and friendly. Tami really helped us in picking out the right color and carpet. She is a designer, and her ideas steered us in the right direction; no small feat with so many options to choose from. We are grateful for her help and highly recommend her!

We had a wonderful experience with Tami Beckham at Carpet exchange! She was extremely friendly, updated quotes for us several times as we picked products and went above and beyond making sure we accounted for everything. Our new floors look incredible too, the install team was very quick and did such a great job

We are happy with the new wood floors. They look real nice and improve the appearance of home over carpet. The installers were here for 3 days and worked all that time except for lunch. We communicated with them only a little since we do not speak Spanish but the boss had a language converter and when needed would talk to it and let me read what he said in English. Only a few boards left over so I was happy with that. Normally when installing carpet there is a lot left over. Good Job
