Fantastic experience! I was nervous after losing my last wax professional after 8 years but Michele put me right at ease. Super friendly, great wax job- fairly painless! And great prices! I highly recommend her. I’ve found my new wax professional!
Michele is beyond incredible. Not only her great customer service but her knowledge. She treats you as family and is always super clean. I have never felt so comfortable as I do with Michele. You will be happy you went with her services every time.
I did a lot of research with multiple salons and locations for my teen daughter. Michelle was quick to respond to many of our questions. When we met Michelle was very welcoming and very supportive to my daughter. Michelle explained everything she was doing and didnt rush. Her salon was super clean, very organized and the environment was friendly. She was quick and made everything super low stress for me to keep my daughter comfortable in a new experience. Having a technician who gets teens and mom stress was a relief navigating all of our questions. My daughter was so happy we are going back for the upper thigh next and already made our follow up appointment.
